These figures are taken from the latest relevant releases available on 3 August 2026. Price and purchase figures come from the Central Statistics Office Residential Property Price Index. Home-completion figures come from the Central Statistics Office New Dwelling Completions releases. Mortgage figures come from the Central Bank of Ireland’s retail interest-rate statistics.
