The figures behind the market.

There is no published Irish national count showing precisely how many listings use each media format. The media-performance figures here are UK-based, while the virtual-viewing adoption figures come from Irish property professionals.

These figures are taken from the latest relevant releases available on 17 September 2026. Price and purchase figures come from the Central Statistics Office Residential Property Price Index. Home-completion figures come from the Central Statistics Office New Dwelling Completions releases. Mortgage figures come from the Central Bank of Ireland’s retail interest-rate statistics. Listing-media figures are separately identified as UK property-market reporting or Irish agency research.
