A quick note before we arrive

The photographer will not be staging the home, so please have the property clean, tidy and photo-ready before arrival. If helpful, we can also provide a staging consultation ahead of the shoot.

01

Throughout the home

  • Clear kitchen worktops, side tables and visible shelves.
  • Put away personal photographs, paperwork, cables, bins and pet items.
  • Open blinds and curtains. Replace any failed bulbs and switch lights on.
02

Kitchen & bathrooms

  • Remove washing-up, tea towels, toiletries and cleaning products.
  • Empty sinks, close toilet lids and use fresh, simple towels.
  • Wipe mirrors, glass and reflective surfaces for a clean finish.
03

Living spaces & bedrooms

  • Make beds neatly and remove excess cushions, throws and laundry.
  • Give each room one clear purpose. Store away anything that distracts from it.
  • Keep furniture tidy and leave clear walking space through the room.
04

Outside & practical details

  • Move cars, wheelie bins, hoses and garden tools out of sight.
  • Tidy the entrance, patio and garden. Mow lawns where practical.
